Very Worst App Waste of time

Now I booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account.i don’t know where to ask help in just tickets. There was no confirmation mail or text message about my tickets.

Disspointed its not available in Kannada for my parents

Not able to use simpl pay later in ur app I’m eligible for that but no option showing for me to use

past 1 week am trying to get the refund amount. but they are not ready to refund the amount

The first and foremost requirement for every booking app is to include the ‘cancel’ option. How can the customers ensure that they will be 100% available on the booked date, what if a personal/medical emergency occurs all of a sudden!!! Bad design

Tried booking ticket but app getting failed to make payment. Didn’t get booking message and can’t see the booking history

Poor experience .. and poor maintance of website
