No perfect system of charging for the plan
The system is not working as appropriate with charging. There is only one attempt to automatically charge for the plan from bank account. And if you do not have money at the moment, but immediately fill up your bank account, It doesn’t help. You just lose all your collected gigabytes and rest minutes, sms for the last months. Your plan is disabled and you need to activate it again from zero. No one mobile and digital carriers work the same way, the only Kaktus with absolutely disrespect to their customers. Could you please add attempts for charging or create the opportunity to save data for sometime. Customer service is working probably without quality control, that’s why can say you everything.
