Не работает приложение.!!! Приложение виснет. Связь с дозатором обрывается. Телефон не подключается к дозатору. Другая ваша продукция на другом софте работает.

Постоянные выбросы из аккаунта. Не работают уведомления о заканчивающихся добавках.

a quick update. Impossible to access and modify the parameters of the dosing pumps

I find it odd that so many people have issues, my app has been rock solid. Use a variety of pumps as well. My WiFi is also 2.4/5 which is what seems to cause most people’s problems.

I don know what’s up but ever since update unit can’t calibrate test pump horrible app.

I have 3 X1 Pro dosing pumps. They worked great for about 2 years. My only complaint was that I had to frequently enter my password to log on to the app. Not sure what changed but for the past 6 months I have struggled to log in to the app and connect to my pumps. After deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple time and opening support tickets with no resolution, I have given up and purchased new Vers pumps from Echotech.

Having issues with time syncing. My time is 5 hours off
