If I could give this 0 stars, then I would. The app constantly turns the socks off or changes the settings at random. I will be returning them to Costco. The socks themselves heat up nicely and if they could be controlled locally, it would be perfect. But since the app is responsible for the the control of them, the are useless.

Les chaussettes sont confortables mais le contrôle par l’application fonctionne très mal. Comme si le mode de chauffage était aléatoire et on ne peut pas le contrôler. Je dois supprimer l’appli quand je ne veut pas chauffer. Ou alors je débranche la batterie. Sinon elles se mettent à chauffer quand bon leur semble.

Good socks horrible app!!!!! Do something about it

The app doesn’t keep the old temperature settings and keeps changing the temperature on its own. Socks are good, app is not finished and poorly done. Too bad there aren’t any other good choices so the devs aren’t motivated to fix the issue.

The socks are good, but the app constantly changes the temperature on its own. I have to put the controls back to the setting I want every 20 minutes otherwise it runs the battery out.

Bluetooth disconnects while using and changes temperature setting of socks all the time. iPhone can be in your hand and this happens. Otherwise socks work well. Would rate at 5 star if this didn’t happen.
