🚫The rating system decides when you get paid (up to 1 week). KARE doesn’t advocate for you but they are quick to suspend you for nothing. Customer service has great voices but they treat you like all the other facilities do….terrible. There are better apps that pay better. B st advice, move along.

I first started working with this company and it was so easy! You get paid on the way home 99% of the time (depending on the facility). KARE used to be great about giving an incentive (ex. Work 5 shifts and receive a 300 dollar bonus), however, they haven’t done one in a long time. Unfortunately, the area I’m in there are not many places to pick up unless I drive 2+ hours. Other than that the app is easy to use!

App doesn’t care about their employees be aware is something happens at a facility they WILL NOT do anything about it even if you contact them right away they will act lost and act like nothing is in their power and don’t care is your harassed at work. It’s all about money for them.

The app is ideal for extra income, the call center is amazing but the chat team needs room for improvement. Suggestion: attach employer Ids to facilities that way recertifications are easy to do if this was someones main source of income.

Kare will not follow up on messages that are put in the app, even if it a request for assistance. But as soon as you cancel a shift or if they need you to pick up a shift, you’ll get a phone call! This is the only complaint I have. I think this needs to be corrected immediately.

I love the app .

Love the next day and even same day pay!!! Also being in control of your own schedule is always a plus. Easy hiring process if you are already in the medical field upload all required documents do a phone interview and that’s that.

PLEASE fix the filters! It is EXTREMELY annoying to have to scroll through dozens of CNA openings mixed in with LPN openings. It has been going on too long and it is never addressed with the updates. Also, please consider an instant pay option. Some facilities take a very long time to verify your shift.
