I go through a lot of photo cleaning apps because they’re always subscription based, but not this one!! Works great, simple and easy to use, sleek. Tried using the feedback option but it wouldn’t direct me anywhere, so I’ll throw it in here. Having an option to sort by largest media would make this a 6/5 stars. Thank you either way!

Currently trying to delete photos. However, I think the amount of photos I have, (25,000, I know it’s a lot chill out lol) makes the app just crash, even if I just sit in the main menu and don’t touch anything. It’s like the sheer sight of the mountain of photos taking up my phone gives poor Karen a heart attack. In any case, this does cause me to lose my progress, which means i have to constantly go to the delete area and delete things. It makes the whole process incredibly inefficient and frustrating. Other than that, the app seems to be well organized and function as advertised.

I just started using this app, it’s pretty much perfect. No annoying ads, no subscriptions, works exactly as it says. My only little problem is with the similar photos category as I feel like I take a lot of photos of the same thing and I don’t think all those photos are showing up for the similar photos category, but other than that the app works great.

Great app but I forgot to mention that when you finish going through all the pictures that you delete, the last picture you swipe will cause the app to crash Happens everything, even if you delete like 3 pictures—the final and last 4th picture will cause the app to crash

Karen has all the features I need (mainly the duplicate photo deleter) and with little bugs. The bug I mainly encounter is a crash when I try to scroll down on the photos in my trash in the blurry photo section (blurry photos > swipe right a few photos > click on trash and scroll down) but other than that it’s WAY better than other apps since it’s free.
