The lack of basic customer service etiquette.
$60 for a 15 minute drive. Little ridiculous. Can get an Uber out west to do twice the distance for half the price. Rather get gouged by a cab than knowingly get screwed.
Trying to order a ride I keep getting prompted to turn on my location services for the app, but they are already on. I am unable to manually enter an address. No way to call a car on the app with it glitching this badly
We use Kari regularly and they have the best drivers. The app is reliable and easy to use. Support got back to me within a day to help with a problem. 100% recommend to anyone needing transportation in Charlottetown.
This is a total scam. I would not recommend to anyone. There is no drivers, and when you go to cancel they will still take your money even though they have no drivers. They will try to claim they have drivers, but they absolutely do not.
For my trip to airport, I booked an SUV but received a Honda Civic that couldn’t accommodate my luggage. Despite messaging the driver beforehand to confirm, he arrived unprepared and advised me to cancel without informing me of the full charge. Additionally, the driver advised! me to leave one of my three suitcases behind, which was a joke. Customer service insisted I booked a regular car and offered only a partial refund, despite the proof of my communication with the driver. Immature communication with the customer service representative provided no help at all. This experience was unacceptable.

Bad experience
Riding a Kari is not an issue to me. How long to wait never upset me. But resolving an issue is more concerned. They don't have costumer service to help to solve any problem. Contact support team is poor. Chat message is not working saying 30 minutes to respond but nothing. Changing the payment status every time booking. When giving a token of appreciation makes to have an outstanding balance that leaves not possible to book for the next ride.
