Still terrible kaseya app
Clearly not much focus put on this app by kaseya. Like much of their software no focus on UX testing. First off if you say you use BMS and VSA and ITGlue you won’t get all 3. The ticket app just doesn’t work. Authentication issues. If you use Face ID you still have to go root out your 2 nd factor auth code. Pretty lame. Always seems like beta code that just checks a box for their today they have a mobile app so their competitors can’t say they don’t. Sad cause we customers pay a lot for nil functionality.
