I paid for my order and never got it. No support from the customer service either

One of the worst app for the food delivery ! There is no customer support, need more than 2 days to fix a single issue. From my side instead of katch, use get dukan app. Far better than this!

This is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used. Half my order was missing, and their customer support is non-existent. The support number doesn’t work, and they take forever to respond. They even call you from U.S.-based numbers that you can’t call back. After over two hours of back-and-forth, I still haven’t received my cash refund, and I’m not sure I ever will. If you read other reviews, you’ll see the same complaints—missing orders, no refunds, and terrible service. Katch has no idea how to run a delivery service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app at all costs!

I placed an order at 8:40 PM with a committed delivery time of 60 minutes. However, it’s now 10:20 PM, and I still haven’t received my food. When I contacted the delivery partner, I was told it would arrive in 15 minutes, but that time has long passed. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Waiting for nearly two hours for food that should have arrived in one is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their delivery service.

It been 3 days now, I raised request for refund. It’s been 3 days, every time when i reach as per them concern team will get back or they will refund the ammonia in Katch wallet. They payment was deducted from my account but it’s show failed in application, all the details were shared with the team but yet no positive response. Application owner needs to take action on the support or the departments who is dealing with the tickets.

Hello People…trust me do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from this app. I am not saying this by a single experience but many many experience and finally i have lost the patience with this pathetic and lying bunch of service provider. if you call the restaurants also they will beg you to use other apps and not Katch. Their drivers take multiple orders at the same time and deliver it as per their own convinience which means you will never get hot food. It will only be cold and stale. If you try reaching out to their customer service team they are another set of rude ppl who keep repeating lies. Even when the restaurant confirms the driver has not picked up the order the customer service teams says its with the driver and on the way. Really a big joke how they are doing business. Super unproffesional.

Worst customer service. Good if u want cheap delivery and ready to wait for 1 hr for deliver. No call center and message to help center wl take atleast 5 minutes to reply. Be ready to spend an 1 hr just to explain your problem. Gos forbid if u need a refund from them. Best is to deal on COD.

Order takes ages to come and rider mostly had many orders to deliver and your food will be cold before it ever reaches to you. From Kuwait City to Salmiya they took like 1 hour to deliver which is less then 10 minutes distance. Worst service I had ever seen.

Excellent service,on time delivery , friendly driver. I!ll give 10/10 ratings base on experience.

Recommend giving this app a miss. Tried to order from a nearby location with cash on delivery but the app would only accept prepaid orders. After payment restaurant calls to say they don’t have part of the order. No way to contact katch for a refund as I’m only getting the bot and no agent to talk to even after long wait times. So I’m out of pocket and highly recommend that everyone gives this app a miss.
