Can’t find my card in the app
I downloaded the app and registered, sometimes the card appears at the bottom of the screen, but sometimes it’s not there; and I don’t know where to find the code to scan my shoppings. A bit annoying if you are at the counter and want to pay

Why do you force me to update at checkout? No way to dismiss update button to display my kaufland card.
Practical way for savings and a better way to glance on sales
I do enjoy this app. I am an English/Spanish speaking person. So when I downloaded loaded this app I obviously wanted the English version, while residing in Czechia. It was a nightmare to use the app. My local Kaufland store wouldn’t accept it, or it would have some internal conflict because the app was not in Czech language. Anyway for a few months the app wasn’t running smoothly. But now I must admit that the app kept somehow accumulating my shopping points. I just take advantage of these points and apply discounts and things I need, for example: when I need to buy a big bag of dog food. I just apply a 30% discount for such a big price and I save a lot of money! I also like it so much when I find exclusive offers for cardholders only. The Kaufland store card has introduced in our family a better experience for grocery shopping and savings at the same time. Congratulations for such an innovative app. A satisfied customer.

Coupons funktionieren nicht mehr
App funktioniert seit ca 3 wochen nicht mehr, also Coupons kann man nicht mehr sehen obwohl unter Tab „Alle“ steht das ich 18 Coupons habe.

Wenn keine Verkaufspreise angegeben werden sondern nur Prozent Angaben kann ich als Kunde nicht sehen was der Artikel kostet. Diese Art der Preisgestaltung lassen keinen vernünftigen Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern zu und werden , hoffentlich auch von anderen Kunden, ignoriert.
Gut aufgebaut
An sich ist die App sehr gut aufgebaut, tolle Angebote, sehr übersichtlich! Nur jetzt funktioniert schon seit längerem nicht mehr die Coupons Kategorie… dort steht, dass momentan keine Coupons verfügbar sind. Wäre super wenn es behoben werden könnte, damit man als treue Kundin auch die Coupons wieder verwenden könnte… dann gibt es auch wieder 5 Sterne weil sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!
