The app is slow and laggy. To download a one 10 minute video it takes a hour. The thumbnails get mixed up. It’s takes a lot of effort even to connect it. I do not recommend.

i never can access the photos and videos i’ve taken on my camera and it always locks me out of the app. the camera itself has been the worst purchase and i think the first camera ever made works better than this.
Camera looks good, but over a month since Christmas purchase and still unable to transfer content to phone or computer. Customer service is reasonably responsive, but as yet unable to solve the problem.
Absolutely terrible, app won’t connect with device. Spend the extra money and get go pro instead
Works once then never works again please fix
As per other comments here, the App works once but then cannot connect to camera again. Some sort of limit is exceeded then it complains of no WiFi connection. If it works once then it should work every time. Until fixed avoid this camera and company - buy a GoPro
Great product. Terrible app. I have to keep re-installing it as the camera will not re-connect a second time and tells me that ive reached my limit (of what? I don’t know) and to contact the help desk which is absolutely of no use. Please fix.
The app always opens in the settings permissions, but then will not open for me to use it. So useless. Can’t even open it.
What waste of time, these blokes are useless!!!
I can’t connect this app to my new camera. Every time I try connecting, I tap on X350 and the app crashes and force quits. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if that would fix the problem and it hasn’t. From reading some of the other comments, it seems as though this is a common issue and has been happening for a long time now. I’m surprised that KB would not hurry to fix such a major bug sooner.
