Soy Cliente desde hace años
Does not work with the new application
Since they changed from KBC mobile to KBC Brussels mobile I have not been able to login. I have tried three times even removing the application and installing it again and always get blocked creating signature. Never had an issue with the previous one
I like kbc bank and insurance
KBC is nice bank and insurance
Hyper intuitive et complète
Application très bien conçue et bcp plus performante que celles de BNP Paribas Fortis et Belfius
Would be nice to have 2 factors authentification
Nice apps but I’m always concerned about security due to the simple PIN access. Considering everything you can very easily do with it once you’re in, access should be ways more secure.

Application médiocre, service client inexistant. Cela fait cinq jours que j’essaie d’ouvrir un compte via l’application. Même après deux visites en agence, rien ne fonctionne. ING est mieux.
