I think this is a great app but there is one thing wrong about it. That thing is that when my phone is connected to my watch it doesn’t give me all the notifications it only gives me some. Thank you. Yours Sincerity

After undertaking an automatic software upgrade, the watch face disappeared first. Now the watch faces are not visible on the app on the phone. All the other aspects of the watch worked and continued to record data until today. Developers tried saying water damage however I never wear watch in shower/bath or when washing hands and the watch is meant to be waterproof. I was told by developer to buy new watch! Clearly the watch makers don’t want the software updated so beware of smartwatches that won’t update to latest IOS.

I was bought a watch for Xmas in 2022. Connected it to the app a few days later. All worked fine. After a few weeks it kept losing time and when I checked my phone, none of the notifications were coming through to my watch. I was bought this watch bc as a childminder with sleeping babies and toddlers, I keep my phone on silent but still need to be able to answer important calls which get missed. I re established the link between watch and phone and it was ok for a week or two then repeat the whole process until I was doing this every day. Sometimes as much as 4 times a day. Now it’s not pairing at all! All I can do is use the health features of the phone but none of the features I need it for. No more call or message notifications! Useless now!

Here’s the thing, the watch is great, but the app is CONSTANTLY disconnecting and not letting me re connect, then it takes ages to re download it needs sorting out

The app is good but the watch can switch off suddenly but I don’t know if that’s just me. Overall great.

The watch stops working well at a drop of water. The syncing with the health app doesn’t work for blood pressure, which is very inconsiderate. The heart rate is also not accurate, said my heart rate was 167bpm and 48bpm in the same hour while sleeping. Sleep is very off, apparently I got 2hrs of sleep after a 9hr sleep. Steps are accurate though.

It says I need to upgrade to the newest version of the app to use it but there’s no update ?

Terrible 😢 no instructions with this watch ⌚️ it’s in Chinese 🇨🇳 I think 🤔 dnt know how to set it to English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 or Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 what ever smething I can understand 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

App is great when/if it works, but it struggles to connect to the watch to download data.

I really don’t recommend this because It was fine but after 1 month I forgot to charge it and I have been sitting here trying to make it turn on! I have charged it and my Bluetooth is connected it just won’t turn on though I do not recommend! Save your money!!
