Shady
I have been with KFCU for years with no major complaints. Until now, an incident happened with a hacker who stole $1.98 three times. My account was at a 0 (zero) balance when this occurred. So along with the hacker charges there were three service charges of $25. each. ($75.00). I was assured after the fraud investigation I would be refunded everything owed, including service charges. I was told this investigation could take up to 45. It has been longer than that and I have yet to be refunded monies owed to me. Then suddenly today I am locked out of my account. Shady shady people.
Great app BUT
Fantastic App for banking but “Remember Me” feature does not work so you have to sign in to the app every time which is super inconvenient.
Easy & simple to use

What the heck?
The app and online account use to be amazing. Now it’s terrible. Sometimes it freezes when trying to make a transfer. I can’t update the authentication text when making transfers in my account. When I log into online banking, it always asks me to remember the device and to send me a code. This is really annoying. I can’t see my account number.
NOT WORKING
I can’t even log in. What is going on????
Never opens
I used to adore this app. Easy to navigate and use. WHEN IT ACTUALLY WORKS. It NEVER works now. It always system error please try again. I thought maybe it was because I had an old phone. Got a new one. Same problem. It works fine on my husband’s android. But it never opens on my iPhone.
Apple Watch support
I wish y’all would bring back Apple Watch support. Sometimes I leave my phone behind and it would be nice to heck balances and do small banking actions
Great bank, lousy app!
Using mobile banking with KFCU is frustrating on the best of days and continues to get worse. I enjoy working with the people at my local branch, but both mobile and online access continues to get worse instead of better. At some point I’ll probably take my banking elsewhere since online and mobile are increasingly important.
Developers, please take notes!!
I am currently switching over from US bank to the Keesler credit union and I must say…the US bank’s app is sooo much better. Please consider requiring a passcode/Face ID to get into the app. It’s crazy how I can just open the app and see the amount of money in my account. With US bank, you can’t access anything or even see how much money you have in you account until you enter your password/face ID. To me, that makes the app seem more secure. I also don’t like how whenever I use my card, I don’t get a notification. With US bank, anytime I make a purchase, I get a notification saying how much I spent and where. It helps me keep track of my purchases and although I’ve never had my account compromised, I’m sure those alerts would help in the case when an unknown/unapproved purchase is made. Finally, I don’t like making mobile deposits with this app. What is the point of writing “for mobile deposit only”?? It seems kind of pointless and there’s no room anywhere to really write it. Overall, to me, this app does the bare minimum and could be so much better if they did a little bit of research on what is expected from mobile banking apps. There are several banking apps out there! Have some better, more secure features!
Used to love it
This app was great until the most recent update. Easy to use, and I got very used to having it. It updated about 2 months ago. Now it freezes, if I can get it to open at all. Sometimes it just gives an error screen. Very aggravating.
