I’m an A2 mechanic, and use both flex and ikon machines. This app is a nice alternative to pulling the website up on my phone. However - the account creation is trash, and it’s seemingly impossible to make changes to an account once it’s made. You seemingly cannot create an account with your email address. As once you enter your email, and have retrieved and entered the verification code, it doesn’t prompt you to create a password or email you any temp password to log in with. You can, however, request as many verification codes as you want. You can log in with existing accounts like AppleID or Facebook. But DON’T mess up inputting any of your information. As there is no option in app for you to change your account information. Your display name, and weather or not you’re a distributed or mechanic are permanently bound to your account and you cannot change any of that info after your accounts creation. So like me? Forgot to specify you are a mechanic? Want to change your account info from in app because it makes total sense that you should be able to? To bad. Want to make a new account from in the app using an email since you can’t change account information on an existing account from inside the app? To bad. Such easy fixes guys, please make them.

App won’t load. I open it and all it does is spin like it’s loading but never does.

This app is a fantastic idea, not only for lane techs, but also for bowlers to study oil patterns for tournaments and other events. The problem is that is not executed very well. The app does not have an iPad version. On iPad, it opens with a small viewport like it’s displaying on a small screen and you have to manually scale it up to fill the iPad screen. The app also crashes constantly and logs me out when I’m in the middle of studying oil patterns. This app needs reliability improvements and platform updates.

Now that both crash issues have been solved, I love this app to see what patterns I’ll have to conquer for upcoming tournaments!

Same... app keeps crashing when trying to open

New update crashes the app as soon as it opens! I tried reinstalling the app but still the same outcome.

App crashes as soon as it launches on iOS 14. They need an update ASAP!!!

I bowl on a PBA Experience league and I wish this app had those patterns. If it is can someone direct to it. Thanks

I like the idea of this app but it lacks something. Why not allow users to upload their favorite patterns to share with other bowling centers? Or the ability to connect to kosi? More or less just a shortcut to your library on the web. Looks good tho!
