Videos don’t work. I don’t understand why such big company cannot change the developers. Ridiculous

This app is useless. It won’t load videos. It crashes all the time to the point of needing reinstalling. It’s an embarrassment. So bad it prevents giving KelbyOne a recommendation. What a shame. **Previous review is now well outdated. I am a big fan of KelbyOne - and I think it gets disregarded or looked down upon by some for no apparent reason. It’s a great tool for learning and the instructors are good (I think losing Matt k was a huge blow). Aside from The content the app needs work. The videos load and I do t have any problems but the way it’s laid out is awful. For a bunch of visual people it’s kind of shocking the design of the app is so bad. From The way it displays to the poor search. The lack of removing bookmarks when watched. The failing of auto play watching a lesson series. It’s just bad. Very bad. The content is all there but using it on iOS or appletv- well - is probably go to the website if I could (not always an option) and it needs offline viewing for people travelling. Solid service. Terrible app that’s a bit embarrassing given they teach visual arts.

At least once a day the app crashes. Also, when I want to continue a course after having closed down the app, well, I can’t. It’s very difficult to restart the course and even worse to continue a course. My best option is to download a course and watch it offline.

Constantly crashes. I have used this app on and off over the years and it's still very poor. Very dissatisfied with it. 2018 and still can't get it right.

I lovely Kelbyone, but this app doesn't represent the quality of his product. An excellent product should have excellent user access to compliment. After using it for 10 minutes: 1. No full screen without the horrid bar on every video 2. Design is very, very old 3. Very slow for a native app Love the products, but not the app. Better experience accessing via the web. 😕

You have asked me to renew. I travel a lot and therefore my life is on my mobile. Your mobile app is truly letting all of you down. Mostly it does not work at all. And it is not even optimised for an iPhone 6plus. Images are so important so why have you not invested in this important platform. It has stopped me from consuming all the education you have offered me. What are you planning to do about this. I will likely not renew as you make it too difficult for me to consume your content.

Great courses let down by a Garbage app Why????

Let's start by saying KelbyOne is a great and informative service. It's iOS app is something else. It's awful. Truly so. 1. it never remembers where you left off. Forcing you to not only find the lesson but then the part you were on. 2. Whilst there is a "heart" on the main screen, there seems to be no way to "heart" lessons or anything else. 3. It is slow, painfully so. Half the time it fails to bring forth any data, like the list of lessons, subjects etc... 4. No HD video. I expect to be able to access 1080p. Low quality 540p (because that's what the 720p looks like) when watching a lesson on photography is just not ok when your trying to see something with detail, like. A setting on a app etc...

Website, content and everything else about KelbyOne training is amazing. Except this App. Can't get anything to load, times-out on every screen - not managed to watch a single video yet. Use the website until they get this working :-/

So disappointing. Kelby offers fantastic courses worth every penny but this app is truly dire. Slow, unresponsive, text display is completely erratic when attempting to show ampersands and hyphens on the MAIN MENU! Is there any quality control being exercised here? Downloaded courses can't be displayed if no internet connection. Farcical. A huge irritation not worthy of this company. This requires a drastic step change which I hope Scott Kelby will initiate. As an IT professional myself I would not have released this product. Frankly it isn't even beta quality. A real shame.
