Poor payment confirmation message
Paid but app did not indicate the payment although indicated in bank app that payment was made
Make payments Problem
Once go to the payment page and click make payment ,it will be hang and then disappear ,cannot pay online by app
So difficult to login
So slow
Archaic & disgracefully lousy app
For such an established and profitable company like Keppel, this app is disgustingly and disgracefully lousy! Making payment is so painfully slow and ineffective, and the app works and feels like it was developed in the 80s. All the staff who worked on this app and definitely the final approver should be lined up in a row for a firing squad! SHAMEFUL FOR KEPPEL!

The app has become so slow that I am not able to log in via Singpass. It just hangs and lags.

Setting the payment page hangs
Can’t see credit balance
My new replacement card was billed twice and so had a surplus. The following month there was another deduction. Why aren’t we able to see our credit balance?

Payment system not efficient. Very slow or not working
App is unstable
The app always hang, sometime pdf document cannot be opened and the payment also always have to keys in twice then can go through. Please do so up grade the the apps.
