No useful at all. Forced download yet not able to detect and record the parking session in app. Scanning QR redirect to web. Had to do few times for payment process because the stupid website keep failing. What’s the point of downloading the rubbish app?

Wasted my time with this stupid system and no one to assist

Everyday crashes. Have to uninstall and install everyday

The app will charge me additional of overnight stay when I didn’t book that parking spot! I will report to my bank of unauthorised charges on my credit card. Now I can’t even open the stupid app!!!!!!!!!

This apps recently really make me fluctuate! Already 3 weeks, pressed entry and showed the gate successfully open but it is not! Now more worst! When click keep kick me out from the apps ! What is this apps really function for !

When I didn’t even park there it kept saying I parked there 😒

Sometimes cannot make payment and sometimes cannot open the gate and need to spend time to argue with security guard and to show them the apps is not functioning

The app crashes every other day and all I want to do is not be late to work!

Why does it keep crashing! I can’t make payment it has crashed 8 times! I need to get out of the car park!!!!!! No improvements even with the new updates. It’s really pathetic and keeps crashing. It’s by far the worse parking system and app in the entire country. Every visitor who parks complains it is just such a day killer when u just want to get to work and start happy
