Can’t view on phone
Had my cctv for 6 years, the app stopped working years ago, cannot view through my phone which defeats the object of having the cameras if the only way to view it is on a computer

Ive been using this app for years and it stopped working a few days ago?? The login screen is completely unresponsive - and no customer service directory
So old and dated app. Hardly ever works, very hard to get help when the app stops working.. note this happens a lot. Not cheap for the equipment, but very cheap infrastructure and service towards it end users one you buy the kits. I have 3 kits installed over my 3 businesses and when the systems go down it’s a nightmare and nothing and no one can do anything until Kestrel decide to do something about it. Few more years and once I change my kits in my business will most certainly not be sticking with Qvis, Kestrel, Onyx so many names whoever company this is.
App not working needs serious update
When i 1st installed this app it would work fine but now the app doesnt even load up, just says connection failed what a waste. Cant give it a 0* no option
Haven’t been able to login for 3 days! Nothing happening!
Not fit for purpose. This app does NOT work on modern mobile ‘phones (Samsung) because you’ve not updated it for 3 years! You won’t speak to the general public about this issue. Update your app because without it your CCTV products are useless. It works on my old ‘phone but what happens when I get a new one? I won’t be able to access my CCTV remotely any more. How ridiculous that you are not investing in a necessary app upgrade that is required to use your product. Appalling service.
The little white/ light blue bars that indicate motion detection is incredibly difficult to see and navigate to even by zooming the time bar, and even when I’ve navigated to the time I want, the playback freezes so I’m unable to play the image I want. Apart from that all else is good but if this could please be fixed it will make it ideal
Had these CCTV installed we are on our third DVR due to issues with power in 18 months now unable to view cameras remotely keep getting connect fail. Contacted them via email and had a reply stating that they do not deal with ORDINARY people only clients. Very bad customer care and not such a good product. Would not recommend due to this.
Installed these just before going on holiday. In the weeks leading up to holiday didn’t have any problems. Whilst away, abroad, thought I’d log into the cameras using the app but just keep getting the message communication fail
