Not all entries by house members are captured by the app. Is like a random choice who and when they wanna record in the history. And for two years there had been no updates ?? Is anyone still working on this app.

Door unlock notifications are unreliable. Emailed customer service with absolutely ZERO reply! If you are considering getting digital lock with app features and support, DO NOT buy KEYWE!

Not able to login after phone restore

Scanned for lock for the wifi bridge when I am just beside my door, but the app could not sense the lock.

The latest KeyWe application having issues with the latest Apple IOS 17.1.2 notification. It can’t push any notifications to iPhone at all. Try to get support but no response.

Hi, recently i realized there is no pop up notification when someone enter the property. i have tried all the methods the technician had instructed me to do. but it still doesn’t works. In order to see, now i have to go the keywe apps under history to see the data. Is there any other solution? kindly advise. thank you.
