Twice my payment got successful and no order got created. Didn’t got any refund even after multiple customer service calls

one of the worst customers service i ever had in my entire life , i got canceled an order because of the delay and asking for the refund , it’s been 20 days the response from the customer support is completely bad each and every time i had called them regarding my refund they were saying you will get the refund within 7 working days , it’s been three 7 working day’s completed still they’re saying the same thing, worst customer service ever
