This intuitive interface helps me stay connected even when I’m away from my desk.

The app opens and show categories but when I select one it abruptly crashes, it happens whit any option I try to select. Could any help/assistance be provided? Thanks !!!

Nice to be able to work from my phone especially during current times and WFH- haven’t had any issues with the app. Edit: also really good support from the team anytime I’ve had questions.

Fantastic application, especially during Covid when all of our contact center agents are working remotely. Not only does it allow me to see all incoming conversations but I can also view analytics directly from the app as well. Highly recommend.

Loving this app. Honestly didn't have much use for it before, but now that we're in a totally remote world, I find that I use it much more.

Especially now that we are working from home it’s useful to check in on my team if I’m away from my (WFH) desk. Having access to dashboards as a manager is particularly useful.
