The Kia Owner’s Manual App uses AI technology and multimedia content (images and video) to make it easy to search for information that will help you understand the features of your vehicle. The app also provides a full, searchable digital owner’s manual.
You can use the Kia Owner’s Manual App to learn about the proper operation of your vehicle, as well as useful driving information.
[Main Features]
1. Symbol Scanner: When you point the camera of your smart device at a button, switch, or other control in the interior of your vehicle, the AI Scanner uses AI symbolic recognition to call up a video explaining the feature and how to use it.
2. Symbol Index: The Symbol Index shows a list of informative videos about vehicle features and how to use them, which you can search and view when you aren’t in your vehicle.
3. Warning Indicator: The Warning Indicator section gives explanations of the warning indicators which may appear on your vehicle’s instrument cluster, and what they indicate.
4. Digital Owner’s Manual: The Digital Owner’s Manual provided by the app is identical in content to the printed manual for your vehicle. It allows you to use keyword search to find useful information about your vehicle, such as detailed information on how to use features and conditions for feature operation.
5. Search by Voice : Enjoy Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based voice search to have tips and guides for your car. (*This function is only available in selected models.)
6. How to Video : Watch Kia’s instruction videos for your vehicle.

My car not listed
When will 2024 Seltos GT RHD be added … I can’t get into app
Needs to be updated….
All details have disappeared from the app. Trying to reinstall to see if that works. But the developer needs to do some work on this app….
A joke
Can’t even setup the app as my car cerato gt is listed on the second page of the setup. Absolutely ridiculous
EV9 documentation deleted from app by Kia
EV9 documents were available in this app until November. Since 7 November 2023 the manual was deleted from the app but symbols etc were available. A notice was added on that date to the app to say EV9 information was “temporarily” unavailable. A few weeks later, EV9 was completely removed from the app. It is now January 2024 and EV9 is still missing. When will it be added back?

Kia Sonet 2020 model not available
Kia Sonet 2020 model still not available for ownership manual. Someone had raised this issue 2 yrs back, then developer responded with ‘problem solved’, but actually problem still not solved.
Useless Application
The application is not comprehensive. So many items are missing. Just for example, there’s no mention of the perfume diffuser in Sonet Gtx Diesel variant. The full settings manual for the infotainment system is not seen anywhere. Why are you dispensing your half baked items on the appstore I would never know.
Not working at all
Selected Kia Carens and waited for almost 15-20 min to load its data and then I got nothing. Even homes screen is empty, I have no idea what this application it made for. Hope you will improve next version
