Do not shop here. They always send the wrong sizes and then make it your problem to exchange for the correct size - after waiting in hold for over an hour. Very disappointing. Finish line much better

I wanted to purchase Ugg slippers for a Christmas present. Logged into my account but once I was making my purchase it asked me to prove I wasn’t a robot by centering a puzzle piece. I did as was told and then got blocked because I was “too fast” and didn’t seem normal for a human speed. This is ridiculous, it’s not like I’m purchasing so many products it was ONLY A PAIR OF SLIPPERS. Won’t even want to buy from them again

Can’t login! Error message keeps coming up!

There is always something wrong with this app. I’ve updated it and it still will not allow me to check out saying verify my address. After verifying using the USPS recommendations, it still didn’t work. I would rather purchase online elsewhere

What’s up with the language now on the app?

Worse app in the app store nothing works every-time I try to purchase some shoes they cancel my order and charge me anyway and take forever to issue my refund

Won’t let me sign in and it took my money trying to order under guest but the order still didn’t go through. Terrible app will never shop here again.
