The ap is super glitchy. We spent an hour making the account, verifying our email, getting logged in for the appt. At the end of all that, the ap said there were no providers in our state. But our kid's pediatrician had booked at appt for us. So we couldn't accomplish the telehealth appt for our child.

I’m sitting at blank white screens and loading screens. I can only imagine how awful their data security is if they can’t handle an app that amounts to a bunch of webforms.

The app was great for a long time, then all of a sudden, they decided it needed updating, except the update is terrible. You can’t even stay logged in for ease of access and not only that, logging in itself is glitchy beyond comprehension. Now trying to log in, I get a black screen with scrambled script on it instead of actually logging in. It’s not as great as it was before. So sad and terribly frustrating. Still need to see a doctor and can’t get on.

The app it’s only to make an video call appointments, they help the patient for 5 minutes and charge your insurance a crazy service charge, you aren’t not able to see records you need to go to a portal link and you aren’t able to see medical records or lab results NO RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Stupid app especially after being renewed, absolutely not comfortable for me, always logs out, doesn’t keep insurance information and asks to fill all the fields again. Awful

I love that they came up with this app! It is so much more convenient than a trip to the ER or doctor office. Doctors are knowledgeable and take 5-10 minutes to diagnose and prescribe the right medication to cure child.

Half the time I’ve used this app the Dr never shows up. Just waiting around forever.

Nothing like having your phone unusable and stuck on the camera while waiting for a doctor 4-6 hours. When you get to 1-2 pts ahead of you, we got redirected to a new doc at the end of the line. This happened like 5 or 6 times. I literally have to have your phone on the charger while the camera is on, draining the battery. Worst app ever, have a callback feature and maybe more doctors on call, or possibly consider someone’s previous wait time before moving them to the end of the line to a new doctor.

The professionals are great, in SF the service is better than NF, but the new app doesn’t work at all!! No way to contact the customer service, the patients info is duplicated, OMG!!!

Today I had to take an appointment on KidzDocNow even if I am not a fan because most of the time some nurse practitioner never take their time to listen what your kid and what they need even if it’s a virus with no solution. My today visit was a successful one for the first time that’s why I would like to share . I recommend this nurse practitioner Estie Cohen who is very professional good listener and she gives solutions even when it’s a virus she is agree to prescribe bromphenir or benzonate instead of sending you out of the counter or honey and spray nasal about what I used to give to my kids when they had a cold. In one word she makes my day to make it easy for me .
