I ordered grossory in Nagpur , 3 items were unavailable some one called and said money will be added in wallet I called 2 -3 times they confirmed money will be added which never happened. God knows how they are running business
Overall app is good and easy to navigate through only bug i face was during payment transaction was completed but not showing in app for which I have to resolve it through customer care if this bug is rectified I think this app will be 5 star 😇
Delivery partners are very good. They deliver on time. Same time customer care is pretty much irresponsible. Not pick phone call. Not talk in a good manner. Not in a position to listen to customer.
I ordered groceries on this App but it is jot delivered yet and also no option of cancellation. I tried calling several times on the given number but no response from KB team.
They delivered my grocery on time. The service was really good. They have discounts on all products. I saved around 15% on my order. And I also got Rs. 100 cash back on my order. 😃😃
