Doesn’t give me stars
I’ve spent over 2k and got all the stars then I bought a bag today and all my stars disappeared and now anytime I scan I have no stars gained and anytime I open the membership tab the app crashes (it isn’t star reset day)

Dodgy Points
We did all our Christmas shopping there November / December. When I was there in July, I started the day showing hundreds of points, but they all disappeared! When I went to customer service, I was told they had all expired. We never had any benefits or preferential treatment and yet our points had expired. We had in theory moved up 2 tiers, for all the good it did! What is the point???
App keeps crashing
Whenever you’re trying to view your membership, the app crashes. This wasn’t the case before so perhaps it’s time the developers fixed the bugs that they’ve created with one of the updates. I have to use the web browser to display my card, and my points are not updating either, the balance shows zero even though I last shopped there two days ago.
Faulty app
There’s a serious bug in the app, on some days it’s shows I have over 600 stars and then on some days it shows zero. My mobile number never gets updated.
Screen frozen
No point in sending me offers that I can’t access once I get to the village it’s like a block has been put on the app can’t access anything on it 🤯
This app is waste of time
I don’t see the point of this app, when you select different brands to see what’s in store it takes you to their website 🤦♀️
App not iPhone compatible
App doesn’t resize to allow you to accept t&c’s so effectively useless!!
