Not loading
The My Rewards page won’t load so you can’t see your rewards or my points, also can’t save things to my wish list or see my wish list. Very frustrating.

Brilliant products good quality and my wife loves the creeptures she is getting quite a collection now
This app is great when it actually works! It won't even open properly about 90% of the time and just gets stuck on the first screen. Removing and then reinstalling it makes no difference. It's also the same on a tablet and a different phone. If the app it does decide to load for once then it works ok, but it's slow even on WiFi, at any time of day and it doesn't have any advantage over using the website after you've used the measly conditional app specific discount code. If the app does load then it can be difficult to access some areas of your account such as your wish list. If this worked then customers would definitely spend more money on items they had saved previously, particularly as the aesthetic of the app doesn't encourage customers to browse for more than short periods of time at once. Additionally, the app could really do with having a "dark" or "night" mode or similar with a black background, rather than only being available with a stark white background throughout which can get a bit much as I'm photosensitive and this can trigger migraines for me. This should automatically be a consideration in the app development process in order to make the app as accessible as possible. With no dark/night type mode available it makes me reluctant to browse for longer than a few minutes, which has a direct impact on the amount of money I spend and the number of items I end up purchasing. If a dark/night mode was available and the app actually loaded it would be a much more enjoyable virtual window shopping experience which would definitely translate into their customers spending more money per visit and/or adding items to their wish-lists to purchase at a later date. It's very rare these days that an app doesn't have these options so it's baffling as to why KS haven't set this up. A dark/night mode would also fit with the goth aesthetic of the brand so it's really a no brainer. Multiple rival companies websites & apps, such as Blackcraft Cult, Attitude Clothing, Mary Wyatt, EMP and Disturbia either have a darker theme by default or have an appropriate setting available but KS haven't bothered. This lack of attention to detail just reinforces the impression that they don't really care about their customers or improving the browsing experience for them. I think removing the ability to sort prices low to high makes the app & website much more difficult to use & drives customers away as it comes off money hungry in a way that makes us less likely to buy from you.
I really wanted to like this app having spent £££ over the years on the website but it’s borderline unusable. Not only do the filters exclude tons of products, there’s a constant pop-up of “sorry we’ve run into a problem” and then the app periodically deletes everything in your cart claiming it’s because “some items are no longer available”. The items are always still available when I go back to them, but besides this I don’t know why it deletes the whole cart even if one or two items did sell out? The cart also doesn’t sync to the cart you have on the website so you can’t switch from one to the other. I’ve tried using this app a number of times but ultimately end up back on the website because it’s just terrible.
Everything about the app is fine but the “add to favourites” function. It doesn’t work and freezes the app on the loading screen. I use the same account on desktop and my favourites list is functional there. I’ve repeatedly logged out/back in to the app and have deleted/redownloaded multiple times too - still no fix.
Absolutely love the clothes and I love the app but I will say I just can’t access my wishlist at all. It just keeps loading and loading. It would be five stars otherwise
Iv been shopping with killstar for over 6 years and I'm always happy with the quality of the clothes, my daughter is now also a fan 🖤
Since the update, I have not been able to access my wishlist at all. So I can’t find all the things I want to purchase, I’m having to go through all the different subcategories on the app to find what I want.
Will not load my wish list or allow me to add anything to my wish list. Still have to log on to the website to get anywhere. Kind of a pain tbh.
