Kilter Board

Great app with good problems. Would be awesome if you could see what problem is on the board when someone else is connected during a session!

They updated the app and made it wayyyy more complicated to use. Stop deleting all my previous climbs and boards.

Love using this app! It would be very helpful to be able to see easily the list of routes that I have set myself and also the list of routes that I have liked. Having to set filters in the search bar is not intuitive.

Make sure you have the most recent version installed if you are having issues signing up. Rating is based on developer support resolving my issue, which was very speedy and effective.

Would love to be able to search problems by setters. When I search for a user, I can see what they have sent, would be great to filter out and see what problems they’ve set. There is so many problems, the app would definitely be better if we could filter out the problems ( by grades, setters, most repeated , sent etc. )

Super app for efficient training on a bouldering wall. So many problems with crowd sourced ratings- my trip to the gym is never boring!

Please fix

The kilter app is bare non the best app made for climbing boards so far. It’s incredibly user friendly, and no matter how you intuitively take to the specifics functions like the tags, liked boulders, or sorting methods it works well. Unlike the moon app it’s easy navigate and quick to open, close, switch users, switch problems or log sends. Another big one for me is when you log a send you aren’t obligated to put how many tries you did it in. You can just log it and say one day and move on.

Firstly - I freaking love the Kilter Board. It’s amazing. It climbs incredible and the options are endless. The app works good in some respects and has some draw backs. The good: Fantastic connectivity Easy to set with Good filtering abilities Fast reactions The not as good: Can’t see who sent your problems No bench mark climbs to keep grading real Cannot comment on the problems My biggest criticism (not about the app) is the shear quality of total junk boulders in the database. I don’t know what the fix is for this, but maybe a way to filter all the setters that have less than 3 set problems would be a good option. The grading is also messed up in a huge way, but that’s on the community to fix. Would love to see some future releases with the ability to filter out the junk. Not sure how that would even be possible though.

As much as I like the kilter board, as much as I find the app absolutely incomplete. Access to the boulders is fast, that’s the only positive thing I can think of. Sorry ;( - This app is zero intuitive. - It is difficult to find the boulders previously visited. - It is impossible to rework a boulder that we started to create. - The community option is missing with sharing between users. - It lacks an option ton “not to bumpthe the boulder that is already active on another iPhone”. Confusion and slip/switch of boulders. - There are missing sharing options in general social medias. ** Otherwise, the board is fantastic, one of the best ways to train. Let's improve the app!!
