You touch the screen and it jumps all over the place. The free spin keeps letting you spin. I really like this game. Please fix it!!

I like this game
I really love the game itself. But I’ve asked for help and received no answer back. It move on beyond level 23.. it just says 23+. I have more than enough experience points. I can’t move up on tropical island because of it. Now one of my Gnomes seemed to have just disappeared.
Lvl 24+
This is a great game but there are several islands that are locked until you reach lvl 24+ but the lvl cap is 23. Can’t finish the main game
Where’s the app support?
Game stuck for months now…. How do I contact support? They still in business?

Game seems fun except unable to shrink screen to see the whole game
So much potential
This is a great game, however, it’s inability to fit different screen sizes makes play far less enjoyable and creates problems moving pieces around as needed. I see from past reviews that this is not a new problem. I would love to know if they are working on a fix for this issue.
Good but……
The toolbar being in the play area is a real turn off in playing the game……when fixed I might revisit the game. But as of now it’s way to much of an annoyance
Good but needs some work
I enjoyed this game initially but have had to stop playing it due to the problems. The game 'toolbars' are not at the edges of the screen and interfere with the game and visibility. These cannot be changed by the player. Items that you move on screen sometimes ghost in the old spot. This causes merge problems and visibility challenges (because you can have a real item underneath the ghost item. The other issue is the near constant screen pop ups. In less than two minutes of play, I counted 9 pop ups. Between these and the small frame because of the improperly placed toolbars, it is more frustrating than it is worth to play at this time. I do keep checking on it in the hopes that these errors will be addressed.
Beautiful game
I love this game and it keeps me playing all day. I just have one question. Who do I address for an issue? I bought a ticket for 300 and never got what I paid for. How can I contact you to have that fixed for me? This game is very good for someone who is retired like myself. I play and I play and play some more. Thanks for creating the game.
Love this game
I play a lot of merge games, and this is one of my favorites! My only minor complaint is that I wish I could zoom out to see more of the “kingdom”
