Update 22.2.4 game not working
Since updating 22.2.4 I have not been able to login to my game account. It gives me a blank blue screen. This is very disappointing as I have been playing this game since its inception. Please advise how to get around this new glitch as I am being disadvantaged by not being able to play.
Latest update
So I loaded latest update, 4,3,24, as asked, so now I can’t get back into the game, I only have a blank blue screen on my I-phone. I’ve been playing this game practically since it started, and since the new owners came on board it’s been nothing but gremlins every week, with ongoing issues continuously. MannSville on 3 worlds
Headed down hill…. Fast
As a player of this game for almost 10 years now it has been sad to watch the steady decline in ‘fair play’ since inception by Kabam. After Gaea took over several years later, the ‘pay to play’ culture took a very strong hold and now finally with Deca being the new owners, it is basically impossible to be competitive if you are not dropping huge $$$ into the game. They allege increase in rewards via mass mail to player when in fact it is the opposite. I can see this plain as day as I have played for so long. The tech support and complaints team are deflective and unhelpful. Just stand bs responses. Unfortunately I would no longer recommend this game to anyone and would advise you to look elsewhere…. Unless you want to constantly have you wallet open and swiping your card.
Continual glitches
The management of this game has been continually getting worse
Absolutely terrible
Game if full of glitches. The heartbeat of the game is a competition called bear the boss. It never works properly and you never get the amount of hits your meant to get. Doesn’t seem to be any IT team . It’s just excuse after excuse after excuse from the complaints section. STAY WELL CLEAR IS VERY BADLY MAMAGED AND RAN

Customer service is just a joke game is a fraud u ask them for help and it just goes round in cycles for months and never get issue fix Don’t waste your time
Don’t play this game.
This is the worst game ever. It has so many bugs and if you have a problem and tell them they will not give you any compensation for what you have lost. Do yourself a favour and find a game that is well developed and helpful if you have an issue. I have played this game off and on for many years and numerous times I have been disappointed by the faults in the game and the lack of customer service.
Gaea killed it
Was great game to start but Gaea being Gaea are only interested in the bank balance. Maybe if they tried they would have succeeded but to late now!
