An amazing and convenient service tailored to the specific needs of todays urban car-dependent driver! The customer support is second to none, leaving it’s nearest competitor in dust, far enough behind it wouldn’t even be considered the same race. And I truly mean that! Not only is it available 24/7 through both near instantly call or text but it is also staffed with highly capable, thoroughly competent and extremely patient staff that genuinely seeks to provide great customer service by understanding any issues or questions you might have and provide you with the fill solution/information you were looking for. Definitely would recommend and sincerely look forward to using this service frequently on an ongoing basis!
Terrible Service and phony apologies
Got a rental reservation and they cancelled it 22hrs before. They don’t try to accommodate you in a different car or location. As an Uber driver it is impossible to find another car for a few days but KINTO and their people don’t care. They offer an apology which is lamer than their app. About their app it crashes all the time which makes the car give you warnings about no key detected in the middle of your rides. App can not communicate with car and car can’t be unlocked. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Totally ripping off driver!
As lowest rental cost found was $407.00 w/1400 miles weekly and $0.25 per additional mile.
Drivers, don’t do this program, you can’t make a single penny after rent, fuel, and lunch. It May be barely even out.

Worse possible services received
This was most definitely the most unpleasant, terrible horrible, and a nervous wreck to deal with. From being unable to speak to somebody to being stuck in a car that does not turn on in the middle of nowhere pretty much sums up the horrible customer service, and products offered by KINTO stay as far away from this app as you can unless you want unknown charges popping up on your card randomly and consistently…

This is the worse choice I have ever made to rent from them. They don't let you know that all cars have limited mileage, until you will find out by yourself later. While other companies offer you unlimited mileage on the car. Also the company don't have tolls tags/devices on the car so you will be charged unexpected high amount every time you’re going to use the toll roads. Lastly the handling was extremely difficult, there is no physical employees that can help you to locate the cars or to assist you with accessing it. You will not be provided a physical key, it’s all handled in their app with make is hard to lock and unlock the car sometimes especially if you’re hands are busy any you can’t use your phone. Overall, my experience was horrible and I don’t wish for anyone to go through the same issue. Try to avoid renting from them!!!!

I payed for the background check and a weeks later they told that they were going to refund me because of potential fraud. It’s crazy because I used the same name on the card from the application. Make me waste my time
