Personal health toolkit essential…
I’ve had this wonderful little app on both my iPhone and Apple Watch for a while now but even though my Apple Watch (Series 7) has its own breathing exercise app I usually turn to Kipkam when I want to carry out some correct breathing exercises. I really like Kipkam’s nice & simple UI. The ability to tweak certain features in Kipkam such as the music that accompanies the breathing exercise and the length of inhale, breath hold, and exhale periods is a really welcome feature. I’m a big fan of K.I.S.S. theory (KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID) and Kipkam is perfect example of that. I would really recommend Kipkam to those like myself who are conscious of how important looking after our health is and say that I consider Kipkam a personal health toolkit essential! Thanks to Kipkam’s developers for giving it to us.
