Don’t waste your time
Useless apps
Working inconsistently
1. Sometime after plate number is scanned, the app does not sync and barrier does not raise up. (Even I have make sure the account is login & with correct plate number before I enter the mall) 2. Account in the app will logout unnoticed with no reason.
Can’t solve my situation as insufficient cash at the moment
Very stupid app. If I have cash to pay for auto pay machine why do I need to download this app and reload money for NEXT PARKING? I saw this banner beside the auto pay machine then I think can straight use it, but end up can’t help anything but I’ve reloaded money into it. Speechless

Terrible app design, can’t make payment.
Rubbish system
Doesn’t work most the time.. Pavilion Bukit Jalil parking.. please avoid using this rubbish app and system .. pay at tickrt machine faster
Inconvenient
Keep logging out my account. Sometime not even able to go in to mall even after login. How to change lane when there are so many cars in queue. We use the app because we want convenience, not inconvenience 🙄🙄
More Payment method
Appreciate if it can tie to credit card directly instead of topup manually.
Rubbish app download to waste ur storage
Rubbish app download for what?! In the end still need to go to autopay to make payment. Somemore the guard super unfriendly. Who still carries cash nowadays? Please la if you want people to use your app to pay, at least have some WiFi at the parking at pavilion bukit jalil please. Such a bad management and useless app development
Visitor time buggy
Unable to set end time. Hard to use interface to edit date and time.
