Kitchen Scramble: Cooking Game

I love this game ! It super fun and its quirky but it’s been a little minuet since I played it , and the game was still downloaded and loaded a few times but when I went to play I saw ALLL of my progress was deleted and I wasn’t even logged into my Facebook account anymore, I was on level 315 so to start from the beginning is utterly annoying. Even after logging into Facebook to try and redeem my progress it wasn’t there. It’s upsetting and makes me not want to play it and I’ve played this game on my phone and iPad for a WHILE.

I have been playing this game for 15 years! It bring me joy, it brings me peace, not to mention its so fun

Been trying to load it for over a week. No updates. Can’t contact support. Offloading. Not worth it. Takes forever to upgrade and buy things anyway.

The game keeps freezing in the middle of me playing a level. Then I have to force close and I lose my supplies. Then I had $20.00 in cash and it has disappeared. I want my money returned. I have been playing this game for years. I quit playing for awhile due to several game issues, and it’s starting to happen again. Can someone please return my cash and also fix the bugs!!!u I sent this weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back. The game keeps glitching I have to uninstall it n reinstall it to play it because it won’t load unless I do it

I loved this game at first and now that I am on level 645, I am disappointed and aggravated by all the glitches and cost. You pay $2.99 for 20 minutes of unlimited play because you don’t have supplies left BUT when it ends they leave you with whatever supplies you accumulated within the 20 minutes. Meaning if you were at 0 after 20 minutes you’re at 4!! Seriously?!?! Replenish it!! Support is a joke. They emailed me back and forth asking for pictures, more information and then ghosted. No updates, no apology for me wasting money only to move past a level that was their glitch and not my fault. Play the game. Do NOT buy anything. Not worth it.

Why is it soooo expensive now to move on to another venue?!!

Spoiler alert: there’s a glitch… I play the special location levels for every holiday and I love the extra points and perks I win, but this time around seems impossible. In the North Pole location, there are 50 candy canes to start and each level takes 10 candy canes to enter. I noticed that I had only played two levels before the “you need candy cane to keep playing” popped up. Now I knew I wasn’t tripping because the event had just started and I’d only made it through the first two levels, so it’s not like I was finished and went back to play all over again. Where’d my other 30 candy canes go? And these candy canes take ten minutes PER CANDY CANE to refill! I’m not gonna spend kitchen cash to refill what I never used, not that I would use it to refill had I actually used them all, but whatever. The location comes around every year with the same equipment and recipes, so what’s new about it that would cause this sort of glitch? Fix it, please. P.S. while I have you, Snowy Feastville is great! However, level 17 is impossible to pass due to there never being enough turkey sliders being ordered. I’ve been there for more than a week because it’s the type of level where you only have a set amount of customers, but with a challenge of 5 turkey sliders served. I still have 8 levels left to make it to the end and 14 days left to play, but I’m seriously losing interest in finishing the location.

I have played many cooking games, and this one is still my favorite. Even with the high cost of appliances, boosters, and upgrades. The main problem that I have with this game, is when I get to a point, freezes and won’t even load. I sometimes don’t know anything to do other than delete it, reinstall it, and start all over which I have recently done. I have the game on my iPad as well as my iPhone and I have progress too far on my iPhone to even link it to my Facebook because I have achieved so much. Other than that, I love the gameplay, I love the story, and I love the ingredients. There is no other game like this one.

I absolutely love this game.

I love this game so much I play it everyday. But it’s really annoying when the levels won’t move forward because no one would order the given items needed no matter how fast your serve the others. Which is really annoying. Especially in the Thanksgiving level I was stuck for the whole time midway. And the new Christmas levels as well. Fix it I love the game😭🙏🏼
