Worst customer service ever
This company has the worst support I have seen. They are unable to help with ANY issue live, instead, requiring an escalation process and call back. This cannot help you when you need immediate, live service. Their rates have gone from $0.09/minute to $0.40/minute in two years, so being placed on a lengthy holds for support while renting a vehicle costs a fortune, and support never calls you back. The app itself is poor and difficult to use almost necessitating a call for support. The cars themselves are excellent (though difficult for a non EV user to understand) but as a company providing a service, I absolutely cannot recommend it at all!
