Works just fine. Connected to WiFi router first time and works as advertised. Locks and unlocks from the road. Don’t know why or what other people expected but for the price it is great. Perhaps the one star users should get a better router. I would have given it five stars but you know there is always room for improvement.

I’ve had this app to control my smart lock for about 4 months now, and it has only connected to my home WiFi network one time - the day I set it up. Since then, it can’t stay connected no matter what I try. Great concept, awful wifi connection in this app. Please do something to fix it, I am always getting a notification that my lock has yet again disconnected from wifi.

Please fix the delete button under the individual fingerprints that are saved. The button does not work at this time.

The device the app pairs with is actually a really good concept and device. I just feel they should’ve went with a different developer for the app. It constantly says connectivity issues, the indoor chime will not stay connected, and the app itself just won’t function properly sometimes. It will let you do primary operations with no problem (video, locking, unlocking door remotely) but won’t let you do simple operations like adjusting the volume for video or the chime.

Tried all possible reboots, reconfiguration, network settings. Split the WiFi in to 2.4 and 5.0. Device does not recognize or connect any available fully fictional network. Without WiFi is nothing else but a pretty door decor.

You cannot lock or unlock with a touch of a button. You can only generate a code for someone else to unlock the door. If you forget to lock your door and did not set it to automatically lock, you’re screwed. You cannot lock your door from your app.

Keeps kicking me out saying there are other users login when its just me and every time i changed the password like it says to, it does the same thing again, now im unable to access the camera or login at all!
