My flight was cancelled so that I could not make the trip on time. After checking the Cancellation Policy I thought I was eligible for a refund. However, after contacting customer service and providing all my flight details and personal information I was told that I could not get a refund as the supplier would not agree to a refund. I found this incomprehensible, that is a matter between you and the supplier, all I know is that I am eligible for a refund but you are not willing to refund me. After a few hours on the phone (they only picked twice) they never replied to my messages anymore.

Come here during winter time. Not too much to see, saw some fishes and couple turtles.

Great service. Bus was on time, very clean very friendly staff. Taking the bus was a great option with bags rather than the train!

Easy & convenient

Very convenience App easy to use and you don’t have to worry about your trip, they cover everything. The only thing you need to do just booking you own hotel. The App can help you with transportation, food, sightseeing, famous landmark, and can help you make a good plan of your trip! Excellent!

方便好用

嘗試很多次都沒辦法，一直顯示刷卡不成功，網路上查到的就是過幾天再試試看等等，（但前幾天也才用元大卡在其他地方刷卡成功），因此浪費好幾天的時間，結果最後換國泰卡就刷過了，但無法現金回饋，感覺很差。
