Klarna | Shop now. Pay later.

So I ordered an item through klarna and the item was missing a sidewall to finish building a dog cage for months they had me play a waiting game saying they would contact shein and resolve my issue nope said pictures weren’t enough evidence send me a bunch of copy and paste emails and won’t allow me to return just keep harassing me of my money for an item I can’t use becaue I was sent an open package. This is wrong and I will never use them again I always paid my things on time and now they desperate to have every nickel and penny they short hand their customer their rights and if you received a damaged item they won’t help you resolve the issue. They tell you they will help you make you wait months and I mean months ok my order was in September and still harassing me to pay this item when I stated multiple times I don’t want it if I can’t use it and won’t allow me to even send it back which is ridiculous.

Never trust a third party payment that has no customer service NUMBER. The chat boxes are unreliable as well. I returned a pair of shoes through the store because shipping them back through mail would be costly. I reported the return to Klarna but it didn’t give the option of any reference number. I don’t have the shoes as I’m typing this review. Klarna notified me that if I didn’t provide any evidence of the return they would continue the repayment plan. Every single time I clicked “provide return info”, and till this day I still have all the information needed to prove that I return the shoes back. But every time I clicked the “provide return info” it sent me to a blank screen with three loading black dots and that was it. The screen never loaded. As we speak, I do not have possession of the shoes but other than that blank screen there’s nothing else I can do. There’s NO NUMBER to call Klarna. The only option Klarna gave me, is to contact the store and the store told me I would have to contact “Klarna”. It’s a lot of back and forth and it’s ridiculous.

Agents are terrible and non knowledgeable and there’s to many issues plus you only get a good pay later deal twice and after u pay 90 percent upfront and 10 percent later so theres no point

Was forced to enter a phone number to transfer from Stocard. Didn’t transfer all of my cards anyway. Can’t retrieve them from Stocard either since it’s locked out. This app seems like a data mine trying to track every move you make. I found another loyalty card app and deleted this one.

First time ever using this, had it all set up for auto pay, and then my first payment my payment has failed, i have plenty of funds to pay, but seems they cant figure out why my payment isnt going thru, keep telling me its fixed but nope still can not pay!! Does not let you manually enter bank info, they want to connect to your online banking info, keeps saying theres an error, wouldn't recommend this. Trying to figure out a way to pay in full so i dont have to worry about this anymore

If your willing to use common sense and good judgement, Klarna can help with establishing credit with Klarna. They are an excellent asset to purchasing power. You are in control of your ability to increase your credibility, Klarna stand on that principle .

i had to create a new account because i no longer have access to my old number. I tried to verify my identity on the app multiple times, enabled camera all times, but my camera would stay black making me unable to take any pictures so i had to go on the website. The camera works on the website but my identity couldn’t be verified multiple times so I just created a new account. Went to buy something using klarna, I choose the 6 week plan since it’s interest free. I type in all the info and it’s unable to allow me to do that plan after making me type in all this so i’m like okay… it tells me that another plan is the plan they can give me, a different plan but more money for the first payment and less for the next 3 but still interest free. Then it proceeds to make me login my bank app through them and then go on the bank app itself to verify. I go back to the website thinking I can finally buy the product… no. Once again it tells me they can’t do this plan either. 😐 All this typing and wasting time thinking I was gonna buy the product just then like why couldn’t I know from the beginning that klarna was not gonna let me buy it after all this typing in my information and doing a bunch of stuff.

I used to have the Stocard app, which worked fine. Then I was forced to switch to Klarna. Unfortunately, the Klarna app does not work unless your phone has cell phone reception. Or is connected to Wi-Fi. What this means is that it doesn’t work in stores where you have one bar and no Wi-Fi. I wish I could go back to Stocard.
