Useless app. Cannot login. Always shows error.

Those stupid idiots. Sorry, I meant vey clever guys made changes in access rules and the app is bugging. Does not allow to log in. They even did not bother to inform that this problem exists and may persist.

KLM requires this app to show you the “Add to Apple Wallet” link on the boarding pass, there is no way to save it through the website. I’d leave a higher rating if I wasn’t forced into downloading this app. Deleted immediately afterwards.

It looks nice thanks to the blue color. Unfortunately, it is the only positive thing I can say about the app. I had a flight with 1 stop and the first segment operated by the partner airline. I was redirected to their website when tried to check-in in the klm app. The csa website automatically checked me in for the klm segment, but I was not able to get the mobile boarding pass for the klm segment ( I received it for the csa segment). Neither of the boarding passes were displayed in the klm app, it was written to collect them at the airport. So, despite I checked in online I had to go to the check-in desk (in the time of the pandemy when it is worth to limit personal interactions). Moreover, I was not able to choose a seat for the klm flight during the check-in (it was automatically assigned on the csa website). Finally, my seat was changed because of a family with children!!! Isn’t it a discrimination based on a marital status?

Отличное приложение во всех отношениях, как и сами авиалинии , удобно бронировать, покупать и регистрироваться на рейс

Почему так много весит???

Глючное приложение, постоянно пишет сбой, оплатить бронирование не могу, не советую использовать
