There is no button to auto create a google calendar event . Please improve it

If you think about using Klook on Asian countries such as Thailand and Bali,you will always find different options with affordable prices and deals. I’m really satisfied of all my trips so far and definitely a must-have app if you are traveling.

I had a reservation of Klook Pass Abu Dhabi with 2 premium parks. Used it to access one park, and wanted to access second after 6 days. And it didn’t work. Ticketing office said that my voucher is expired and I should contact Klook. Klook said that voucher can be used for second park only in 6 days after first use. But in terms and conditions it’s clearly stated: “The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day”. And Klook rejected refund of my money!

I participated in the Mekong Delta Tour. It was very nice, especially Mia, who contacted me before going and gave me full support in everything. Hoang, who guided the tour, was very attentive and did everything he could to make our tour go well. I would like to thank our guide Hoang and Mia very much.

I used Klook to buy Go City card for Los Angeles in 2019 and had a fantastic experience without any problem. I travelled again to USA and few days before the weekend, I was looking for some activities to do in NYC. I checked individual tickets for the Empire State, The Rock and the Edge and Klook was selling tickets on the day or following day so when I saw, Klook pass for New York, I purchased it. The following day when I tried to book the Edge, it gave only availability to next month only. Also the fourth activity I was planning to use was Woodbury which did not have an active select button. So I tried to contact chat service. First of all, this is travel related application however their customer service does not work on USA time zone and the message on their working hours is confusing which does not give any information about the time zone so you have to try every once in a while to catch them. I somehow managed to contact them but the resolution did not happen and as if I didn’t provide the requested additional data, my chat ticket is closed without resolution so I responded and asked for a refund. Two days later another service agent contacted me for my second ticket which I created additionally via e-mail and it has been weeks I haven’t heard from that one too Klook was disappointing me every single day with something new. As you know, these passes are for the travel purposes and I needed an urgent resolution which Klook was not able to provide therefore at last resort I asked for a refund. It was already making me angry and the aim of my travel is relax not the other way around. The only good thing was a quick refund and that’s it. I wouldn’t recommend to use it unless you use it in Asia

I made a mistake on the fay of Booking and I’ve been waiting a Long time for change .They dont help if you make the mistakes of Booking accidentally😡😡
