Not support union pay
I paid with a Union Pay card, but recently it was removed from the payment options... now the service has become useless for me, since I could only pay with a card from UP
No support, no time slots
Booked a Big Tokyo Klook pass, previously checked the vendors websites for availability of the time slots, but on the Klook the time slots didn’t match the availability on the vendors’ websites. That’s why I wasn’t able to book attractions that I wanted, the support took decades to answer and they were extremely general in their answers with lack of any will to help or resolve the issue. Overall very poor quality of the service.
No customer support
Want to change or cancel my booking. No reply from client support.

Забронировала билеты, оплата прошла, на почту приходят данные и на имя мужа почему-то указаны паспортные данные ребенка, могут отказать во входе! Хотя проверяю, в приложении указывала все верно! Что делать? Ошибка сервиса, а нас могут не пустить в Диснейленд из-за этой ошибки! К кому обратиться ?
