“KNEEHOW Smart Knee Trainer” is a wearable device for knee training. It’s simple to use. Just connect the sensor with your mobile device, fix it under your kneecap by the knee strap, then you can start doing LAQ (Long arc quad) exercise anytime and anywhere. It is aimed to assist quadriceps femoris muscles strengthening, which is the most key muscle for knee joint stability. The sensor can detect user’s movements when they do the LAQ exercise, and users can adjust their movements through the reminders from the training APP. To make self-training a daily habit, the training APP is designed to be motivating. Various kinds of rewards will be given to increase users’ interests.
