I have been waiting on the OTP while trying to sign up as new account. OTP is not getting sent for myself and for my wife.

This management company goal is to make every part of living in a condo as painful as possible, from booking a bbq to paying for it every step is completely backwards no way to pay in app have to go to office and show proof of payment no cash accepted no in app payment. The cardless access system is always down but get charged more for it than traditional card. It would be better to offshore all the onsite staff to the Philippines as there is zero utility to have them on site.

I change to a new phone recently and re-downloaded the app. I am always stuck at login with hp as I couldn’t receive any OTP. After trying multiple times it says I have too many tries. I reinstall the app and it doesn’t resolve. Please look into this. Thank you.

Installed the app, tried to register. It just does not send the OTP to my phone so I cannot use it. Tried several days.

This is probably one of the worst MA for condos.

The app is going backward of future. App is not friendly usage. Can not recognise owner login and problem can not resolve with no response from the IT department. Keep login and logout also can not been recognised.

Can see potential, good starting point.
