You can’t zoom in on images and when you zoom in on floor plans it crashes.

Couldn’t even get started with this app. The usual loop of setting up an account, the password not working, trying to reset password via email, being told email doesn’t exist, trying to re-register email only to be told email already exists. I haven’t got the time or patience.

Good app and far more stable and reliable that the Figaro properties which is the worst app in term of user experience and reliability. Knight Franck on the other hand seems solid, and well engineered. With one exception, the font is almost tiny. there is no option to adjust on settings which is not ideal. Maybe they will eventually listen to small users such as us and provide a solution.

Just downloaded. It searches listing based on criteria but then does not open any listing you select. Just sits with the circle winding in the middle. Should be basic stuff. No option but to go back on google or to another provider.

You’ll search for one area (e.g. Bromley, Kent) and it’ll bring up 8K+ results all over the UK. Applying filters is also impossible as it either doesn’t action them or the screen goes blank while you’re trying to set them. I’ve had the app for ages and it was working perfectly fine around May so not sure what has happened since?

Tom and his team are fantastic to work with I purchased and sold recently with knight frank Winchester and received a first class service I was constantly updated Tom made the whole process painless which, as I have moved 30 times now, I know is truly a huge achievement . Absolute professional first class service Well done knight frank !

But where's the map gone?

The app has a problem with crashing been going on for month please fix!

Good until it gets its knickers in a twist and keeps crashing on my iPad Pro before I can type in a location.

Very good indeed, well till today, now it's turning its self off when, crashing I guess, when you put a search in, very annoying...! Though it is a great app when it's working 😊
