This is a bad laundry service.
I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner's services. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment – find a more reliable and responsible service provider. I entrusted them with my curtains, only to receive 3 of them back in a torn state. The most shocking part? They made no effort to inform me about the damage; instead, they silently delivered the curtains for me to discover the unpleasant surprise myself. Upon addressing the issue with them, I was met with a complete lack of accountability. Their response was dismissive and ignorant, offering no explanation or apology for the damage they had caused. They gave several excuses and finally brought up the T&Cs to avoid further discussion. This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is truly disheartening.
I had placed an order on the 14th of March through the KK app - for one bundle of 5 shirts, one bundle of 5 trousers and 2 suits for laundering. The total on the bill was $85.98. When I was finally charged, they charged me $104.80 plus $6.67 (credit card convenience charge!!). Their Customer service supervisor called me (someone called Jean) to say that they Dont offer bundles anymore - and that I am lying that I could have ordered for the order comprising the bundles. She could not explain why the app accepted the order, but was the most rude person possible. A formal complaint is on its way to the relevant department of the government on this defraud.
I ordered for first time - just do ironing of 5 shirts and 1 pants + dry clean one branded suit jacket. They screwed up by (1) ironing jacket instead of dry clean (2) dry cleaning pants instead of ironing (3) squeezing all 5 ironed shirts into one plastic cover whereby I now have to re-iron 3 of the 5 shirts !!!! How could they screw up such a simple order ??
I’ve been using the app for years and it was great, easy, traceable with all data to check, chat and amend. After last month upgrade (Jul2022) all the records are gone, no chat, even with re-login and issue raised to customer services.
There is no way to contact Knock Knock in the updated app. Much inconvenient now to contact Knocknock if there is any issue. Pls look into it. Feedback from a long term user of your service
I have transferred additional credit but when I updated the app, the added is gone!!!!! What a scam!
Can’t feedback on the app or website that app no longer work using credits - the payment page simply doesn’t recognise the credits even though it is there. Payment stage also can not change credit card. Basically can’t send a job out. Email to their care account also no response. Most disappointing for an app based service
Excellent and reliable service. I hope they can link the app to credit card for payment without surcharges going forward. Currently had to top up my credit value by PayNow.
