- Our intelligent algorithm ingests your new buyers home inspection report to create a customized homeowners manual app for your home
- Access critical information about your home like your shutoffs, heating type and construction style
- View your custom home maintenance list, including a description of each task
- Tasks are categorized by type (recurring, upgrade, one time maintenance) and urgency (critical)
- Decide if you’re going to do it yourself or request contractor help through Knome (beta)
- Once a task is completed, you can access descriptions, pictures, and receipts
- Keep track of all of your home investments in once place
