There are some fault features
Really grateful for your free platform but there are some points that I wanna tell: In the options of Learn section, I cant choose "Re-type answers" because it was overridden by the "start", Also, please add a few stock photos for each new word and add a pre-existing definition for each vocabulary word. I think it would be more convenient for me to find the definition to add and find the image to add myself. Thank you

Speak function & import flashcard defect
- speak function is still need to loading for a while, kinda slow compare to quizlet. - import flash card couldnt detect a tab between terms & definition. E.g import info: 我們 women we resulted: term: 我們 definition: women (missing we) - please upgrade offline study function, it could be more convinient for who doesnt have internet.
WILL NOT SAVE YOUR FLASHCARDS
I recently switched from Quizlet to this app, and while it does almost everything better, there's a major issue: it doesn’t save all your flashcards. I created 50 flashcards and saved them, but when I checked, only 27 were there. It also randomly deletes flashcards, forcing you to search for which ones are missing and rewrite them. This isn’t a one time issue as it's happened to me several times, though this is the worst instance so far. (And the only one I can exactly remember.) do better.
Technical Support and Incentives are Great
Feedback is taken and very obviously used as I have submitted many complaints that within a week were solved or fixed. The application's team is constantly working on making the website and app such a good flash card alternative than quizlet. They even provide badges for you to reach and offer both digital rewards and physical merchandise (given you saved up enough of the coins you receive from badges) to receive. Amazing incentives to maintain a study streak and friendly colors to make studying for test very enjoyable. Glad to have Knowt!
THIS APP IS SO HELPFUL
I’m so glad I’ve been introduced to this app, I don’t like long sessions and Knowt just gets straight to the point! 100% recommend!
