You should restock the new collection of Melanie Martinez because it sold out in 4 hours and people that wanted to get it didn't get a chance to get it.

the app crashes whenever you want to look at a specific shoe

The shoes are lovely, just make sure to read the materials etc before buying, and I will warn now that these shoes are struggle to accommodate AFO (ankle foot orthotic) for my fellow disabled people out there. Now, the app…fix it. Or don’t make app-exclusive discounts. Or find someone else to build you an app that doesn’t kick you out when trying to view, well, anything. I have reinstalled this app several times and it does the same thing. Please, fix your app, and maybe accommodate a more diverse range of feet, then you’d be 5 star.

Unfortunately app is closing every 10 secs on iPhone 12 😿

The shoes are great, I just bought a pair that arrived today, in great condition, however my troubles come with the app. When I go onto the app, I’ll go to look at some shoes and then the app suddenly closes itself out, and I’m thrown back to my Home Screen. The website works fine though so I’ll have to keep going there :|

The interface of the app is very user friendly, however crashes too often for it to be usable.

Every time I try and view a pair of shoes for the first time the app closes down, then when I try to favourite a pair it tells me it has, then closes the app down and doesn’t save them in favourites?? Don’t waste your time on this app just use the website

Websites great, love that everything’s vegan and cool designs but the app force quits whenever I try to look at any shoe. It’s impossible to use. No other apps have this issue for me so it’s must be a fault on the other side. The company would get 5* but the app gets 1* so…
