The customer service is awful. It took them weeks to provide instructions on how to return the product. The product has been returned weeks ago but I am now again waiting weeks to get the purchase price refunded. Customer service is unreachable. Emails are simply ignored. Best to avoid the company and the product
I've had them for over a year now, they fit very well in my ears, I regret that the Kokoon app is not available in several languages, the buttons of the sound still want to break, I now also have 2 pairs of Kokoon sleep buds, the warranty or PR could be better
The app and the kokoon play some sound for a while and then just fades out. It does not do the “sound masking noises”, it sometimes records data, but mostly not. The app interface is confusing at best and requests for support go unanswered.
This app doesn’t work well. No sleep data is being collected and send. In 2 weeks only 1 day worked. Costumer service is non existing. No reply.
The app is hard to use. It is unclear how to stream music services, after awhile found out it is not possible with the app. Also the headphone is hard to connect. Not happy at all.
I ordered a pair of earbuds from them. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee. When I decided to return them, it took over a week to get a response. I finally did and returned them in October. As of January 2023 I still have not received a refund.
I would give zero stars, so once I bought it they did not send an update or anything for a month and did not answer emails. I requested a refund from my credit card company AND then they sent the product. I returned it upon receiving it and it has been 6 weeks and they still have not refunded me.
When I saw the 1.5 star rating, I thought no way could the app be all that bad. But then I downloaded it. First, expect to get new spam once you give them your email. Second, as an industrial designer myself, I don’t believe they’ve done any significant user testing at all. It’s clunky and frustrating, translates poorly for those not using the metric system/24 hour clock, and the content is very sparse. Headphones themselves seem great, but use them with a different app. Pretty much anything else works better, but the Calm app is my go-to.
